How we use your details

QuickServe AI is a trading name of Exotic Creations Ltd (company number 15988286, 17 Sopers, Pulborough, RH20 1BB). We are responsible for the details you give us on this website.

What we collect

When you join early access we keep your name, your restaurant's name and type, your email address, your phone number, your town or postcode, and anything you tell us about the web address you'd like or the systems you use today.

Why

Only to contact you about early access to QuickServe AI and to set your restaurant up if you decide to go ahead. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where they're kept

In our own database in the United Kingdom and Europe, and in our email. We keep them while we're talking with you about early access, and delete them when you ask or when they're no longer needed.

Domain search

When you search for a web address, the name you type is checked with the domain registries' public lookup. We don't keep your search.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: email info@quickserveai.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
